If you have a Coles Reloadable Mastercard you can continue to top up your balance and your card will continue to be accepted until your card expires. You can continue to access your card account balance and transaction history by logging in to the prepaid service centre.

Our process for lost or stolen cards has not changed. Reloadable cards can continue to be replaced (fees may apply). Lost or stolen Gift cards cannot be replaced. Please refer to your card terms and conditions for further information.
