If you have lost your mobile phone and your Coles Pay Tag or it has been stolen, please report it immediately by calling 1300 306 397. We’ll then cancel your Coles Pay Tag and organise a replacement.
Cancellation of your Coles Pay Tag will not impact your Coles MasterCard, so you will still be able to use it.
The Coles Credit Card App is protected with a four-digit Access Code chosen by you during the registration process. You should never disclose your access code to anyone. As a security measure, if the Access Code to the app is entered incorrectly 3 times the device will be de-registered. The app will also deregister from any mobile device after 45 days of inactivity.
We also recommend you use the Passcode Lock (iPhone) or Screen Lock (Android and Windows) feature on your phone – and don’t forget to call your mobile phone operator and let them know you’ve lost your mobile phone.
