Contents of your statement

Your monthly statement is available in the Online Service Centre, or mailed to your billing address if you still receive paper statements. It contains records of all processed transactions – everything you’ve purchased, cash withdrawals and any payments received and processed during the billing period.  You can also check your flybuys earn rate and see how many flybuys points you earned in that statement period.

Your statement also gives you information on your minimum monthly repayment, including the due date for payments, and other important account information.

Note that some transactions and payments that occur near the end of the billing period may not appear on that statement. It can take up to a few days before purchases and some payments (including via BPAY) appear.

If you have a paper statement delivered by mail you'll be charged a paper statement fee. To opt out of paper statements, register for the Online Service Centre, and follow the instructions.

Switch to online statements

Prefer to receive statements online? Reduce paper waste and save on paper statement fees when you switch to online statements. Each month email reminders will let you know when your statement is available in the Online Service Centre where you can view, print, and save your statements anytime. You need to be registered for the Online Service Centre to switch to and access statements online.

Get another copy of your statement

You can view your transaction history online through the Online Service Centre. If you are not a registered user of the Online Service Centre and still wish to have a paper copy of your statement sent to you, please contact us
