Manage your account online via the Coles Credit Card Online Service Centre

Get up and running with your new Coles MasterCard and easily manage your account online when it suits you. The Coles Credit Card Online Service Centre allows you to manage your account when it suits you:

  • Check your account status and transaction history
  • Update your details
  • Make BPAY®^  payments
  • Set up direct debit payments
  • Switch to online statements
  • View, print and save your statements

Registration only takes about 5 minutes. Please have your card and latest statement handy (if you have one).

Forgotten password

If you can't remember your username or password, you can recover them from the Log in page.

If you attempt to log in with incorrect details three times your online account is suspended for five minutes. After five minutes, you'll be able to attempt to log in again.

If you continue to enter your details incorrectly, your online account will be locked and you'll need to contact us.

Locked accounts

To have your account unlocked, you'll need to contact us.

Change your password

Log in to change your password. Click on Manage My Details and change your password in the Online Security area.

Manage your account 24 hours a day, with access to your account balance, available credit and transaction history. With the Coles Credit Card App, you can also:

  • View your flybuys account points balance
  • Turn your Coles Pay Tag on or off
