Coles Mobile Wallet

Important: The Coles Reloadable Mastercard and the Coles Online Mastercard are no longer available to new customers. Existing customers can continue to use their cards as normal and access their account online through the prepaid service centre.
The $50 and $100 Coles Gift Mastercards will continue to be available to purchase in store at Coles Supermarkets and Coles Express.

The Coles Reloadable Mastercard and Coles Online Mastercard are no longer available to new customers. The $50 and $100 Coles Gift Mastercards will continue to be available to purchase in store at Coles Supermarkets and Coles Express.
You can continue to use your card as you normally would. If you have a Coles Reloadable Mastercard you can continue to top up your balance and your card will continue to be accepted until your card expires. You can continue to access your card account balance and transaction history by logging in to the prepaid service centre.
You can continue to use the card as normal and if your card is inactive you can still activate your card. To activate you card, please click on your card specific link:

Yes, you can continue to access your account information including balance and transaction history by logging in to the prepaid service center.
Our process for lost or stolen cards has not changed. Reloadable cards can continue to be replaced (fees may apply). Lost or stolen Gift cards cannot be replaced. Please refer to your card terms and conditions for further information.
