Here's how it works

If you're currently paying by monthly installments, you don't need to take any action, as your renewal will be processed automatically.

If you are paying annually, you will receive a renewal notice in the mail before your renewal date. You can choose to pay your premium by Coles MasterCard, Visa, MasterCard, BPAY or direct debit.

If you would like to change from monthly to annual or vice versa, just call us on 1300 265 374.

If you took out your Coles Car Insurance policy after 19 April 2012 and you haven’t linked your flybuys number to your insurance policy, or haven’t signed up to flybuys, call us on 1300 265 374 to start collecting flybuys EXTRA POINTS.

If you purchased or renewed your Coles Car Insurance policy before this date, you will be able to start collecting flybuys EXTRA POINTS when you next renew your current policy.
