To make a travel insurance claim, please complete the claims form including your policy number and any relevant receipts or reports to support your claim. Lost and Stolen Cards

Online Service Centre Registration

We have recently introduced the new Online Service Centre. This means that if you created your username and password before 4 March 2018, you will need to do so again. Please have your Coles Mastercard and ATM PIN handy. This is required for first time registration only so we can confirm that it is you who is registering your account.

Coles Prepaid Cards

The Coles Reloadable Mastercard and the Coles Online Mastercard are no longer available to new customers. Existing customers can continue to use their cards as normal and access their account online through the prepaid service centre.
The $50 and $100 Coles Gift Mastercards will continue to be available to purchase in store at Coles Supermarkets and Coles Express.
